With more than 40 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Paul understands that good recruitment is about far more than matching words on a CV to words in a job description.

He has also worked in hotels and restaurants, giving him an inside-out understanding of hospitality — its pace, pressures, standards and everyday realities. That experience helps him listen carefully, ask the right questions and offer considered advice throughout the recruitment process.
